Local Couple Starts Fresh with a New Paramount Home

JACKSON, NJ – “We chose to purchase a new home together because we believed it was a nice, clean start to the beginning of our new life together,” explained engaged couple Frank Rockwell and Jenna Sofia. “We started looking at resales in the Jackson, NJ area but learned that dealing with the builder directly was a simpler and more streamlined approach. Also, we are getting married in the summer of 2014 and building a home that fit our timeline was very important.”

Frank and Jenna purchased their new home at Paramount Homes’ award-winning community, Whispering Meadows. “We were initially attracted to the land that was available at Whispering Meadows,” they added. “Paramount Homes offered a variety of home sites and we were able to pick the piece of property that fits our needs. Plus we fell in love with the area of Jackson in which Whispering Meadows is located.”

“We are lucky enough to have family that lives locally in Jackson and after making trips to visit them over the years, we decided that this was the perfect place for us to start our new life,” explained Frank. “Coming from Bergen County, Jackson offers a more open and airy space. Being outdoors people, we are able to enjoy the activities we love like fishing and spending the day at the beach.”

The team at Paramount Homes was also a huge bonus when this young couple was purchasing their new home. “We both live with our families and this was our first experience buying a home,” added Jenna. “Susan Sanzone, our Sales Manager, was very helpful in taking us through this process and keeps us updated throughout the entire process. We are at the point now where we are able to pick our selections and watch our home come to life!”

The couple decided to buy the Oxford home design. “Frank loves the nine-foot basement ceilings, the outside porch and private library while I can’t wait to cook in the gourmet kitchen and take advantage of our walk-in closet space!” added Jenna.
