When they are not at North Beach, the couple resides at the Jupiter Country Club in Jupiter, FL, or their home at the Chapin Estate in Bethel, NY. “I am originally from Staten Island, NY, and my wife is from Matawan, NJ,” said Howard. “We had lived in Colts Neck and Manalapan for about 30 years before moving to North Beach.”
Howard notes that his overall experience with Paramount Homes has been excellent. “As someone involved in home building and related businesses, I have always tried to follow new construction activities within the county,” he said. “Domiciling in Florida, North Beach became the ideal place to be when visiting New Jersey.”
