Life At North Beach Is True Shore Living, Says Local Couple
Waterfront luxury condominiums are priced from the $400s
ASBURY PARK, NJ – Great view, good food, and premium location – Asbury Park has it all, according to Walter Andryca. He and his wife Beth have found that there’s no better place to enjoy this vibrant shore town than their luxury condominium at North Beach. After living in Colts Neck for the past 32 years, the couple decided to make the move to Asbury Park to enjoy life by the beach.
“When the time came to sell our home and enjoy some easy living, Asbury Park, and specifically North Beach, was our first choice,” Walter said. He and Beth, who had their eyes on the community as it was being built, knew exactly what they wanted in a new home at the shore: two bedrooms, at least two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, ample storage, and a view.
Their home in North Beach not only fulfilled their expectations but also exceeded them. “Upon doing the math, and loving where we live, we decided to make it permanent. We closed on March 30, 2015 and didn’t have to move a thing since we bought the unit we were renting. Easy as pie,” Walter said. After their hassle-free move, Paramount Homes helped the couple get their new home in brand new condition.
Now, Walter and Beth spend their days enjoying the many amenities that North Beach has to offer. Walter particularly enjoys the gym, which has helped him get back into a fitness routine, and the concierge service, which he describes as helpful, friendly, and courteous. When they’re not spending time in their oceanfront home, the Andryca’s, who are self-described foodies, enjoy the multi-culinary restaurants that Asbury Park has to offer.
Walter, who works in Woodbridge, enjoys an easy commute from the building’s premier location. But when it’s time to return home, relaxing is easy in their peaceful condominium. The soundproofing is so thorough, he says he sometimes finds it hard to believe he and Beth aren’t the only ones in the building. But the couple’s favorite part of his home isn’t the top notch soundproofing, gourmet-inspired kitchen, airy design, or even the luxury amenities: it’s his oceanfront terrace.
“The terrace is a great spot to sit and have coffee while watching the sun come up in the morning. Our friends always await my Facebook pictures of those sunrises – no two are ever the same,” Walter said.
The Andryca’s encourage anyone who is considering a breezy shore style to immediately consider the homes at North Beach.
“Life at the beach is really living. Don’t hesitate. I don’t see any of the new or proposed construction that comes close in comparison to North Beach,” he said.
